Betting stores have witnessed a surge in individuals playing on high stakes video gaming devices in the last few years.

Millionaire Derek Webb, who lives in Derby, made his money from gambling and the creation of Three Card Poker.


But he is so concerned about fixed odds devices that he has actually moneyed a national project to lobby for a change in the law.
